Every certificate on this page has a renewal date.
Every claim has a source.
ProEdge Wire's quality system is not a marketing badge wall. It is a living, audited document set — current registrations, recent renewals, third-party verification, and the per-shipment paperwork that follows every spool out the door. The dates below are real. The scope footnote below is candid. If a procurement or QA reviewer needs a document that isn't listed, the answer is on this page before you ask for it.

What lands in your inbox with every spool
Five standard documents accompany every ProEdge Wire shipment. The package is generated against your PO, not against a generic template — alloy heat numbers, dimensional readings, and PPAP elements reference your part, your lot, and your spec.
- 01 Certificate of Conformance (C of C) Generated against the order line at pack-out. Lists part number, alloy heat number, lot quantity, finish, and a statement of conformance to your purchase specification. Signed by the shift supervisor on duty. PACK-OUT
- 02 PPAP Package Production Part Approval Process documentation delivered to the level your program requires — from Level 1 (warranty only) through Level 5 (full dimensional, material, and capability studies). Standard for new automotive and aerospace releases. FIRST ARTICLE / NEW REVISION
- 03 IMDS Submission International Material Data System entries for automotive customers. Material composition, restricted-substance declarations, and recyclability classifications submitted against your IMDS recipient ID on first article. FIRST ARTICLE / ANNUAL REFRESH
- 04 Dimensional Inspection Report Sample-based readings against your specified features — diameter, ovality, tensile, elongation, and resistivity where applicable. Available as raw data or signed PDF on every lot, no extra charge. EVERY LOT
- 05 Material Traceability Full chain of custody from incoming alloy heat number through draw, anneal, and plating operations. Records retained for seven years and available to qualified customers on request. ON REQUEST · 7-YEAR RETENTION
Need a documentation package scoped to a specific program — a defense DD250 flow, a medical device file, or a Tier 1 automotive release? Send your spec and we'll return a documented package list before the RFQ is quoted.

Third-party audited, not self-reported.
Our on-time delivery rate, shipment volume, and non-conformance record were independently measured across an 18-month trailing window ending March 2025. These four numbers come from that audit — they are not marketing copy.

Request for Quote
Send the drawing. We'll send a metallurgist-reviewed quote — typically within one business day.
Every RFQ is reviewed by an in-house metallurgist and an applications engineer before it becomes a quote. We respond in hours, not days, because the early engineering decisions are the ones that compound across the program.
